[Ate tteokbokki 2 times in one day for the first time(?)] I ordered tteokbokki for delivery, and now I'm eating instant tteokbokki, so I feel a little bit guilty. You ordered tteokbokki today? It must've been delicious. But eating what you want to eat is the most important. Right! I'm mostly eating the things that I want to eat. That's how you can eat a lot. [Tear off each rice cake and let it soak in cold water] [Add all the filling ingredients for tofu rice balls] [And mix them] It would be nice with some tuna on top. It's really nice to massage those knots out. I'm using this all day. I've done an intense workout yesterday and my hips and thighs are stiff now. So I'll skip the exercise today. Just walking is torture right now. Some viewers mentioned how I look like I've gained some muscle. I was really surprised. I only recognized it while editing the video. I have something that can be called a hip now. There used to be nothing! Anyway, I've been working out hard lately so I'll take a day off today. I'll make some strawberry & banana juice.
